P.C. Tavarez is a Cuban Dominican & American poet known for their evocative exploration of Latin Carribean culture, feminine performance and for their fresh, sharply cutting perspectives. Their second poetry collection, Love In Winter, Alive in Spring (2024), features 20 years of love poems. They are currently working on 2 collections of poetry. Through their work, P.C. Tavarez invites audiences to confront their shadow selves, to laugh, to weep and to find strength in the surrealist landscape of human emotion.
