God is good all the time. Or not…
Lot’s Wife – Turned to salt for a second glance. Seems a bit severe.
Lot himself – Now no wife. Don’t blame Lot. Blame the All-Mighty.
Everyone not on Noah’s Ark. Drowned. How is that fair?
The Drowned had neither fins, gills, nor guardian Angels,
Or Heaven – provided life preservers.
Animals chosen over humanity. PETA would be proud.
Or ashamed. I’m not a member so I can’t say.
And then Jonah swallowed by a whale?
Can you sue a whale? I’d be seeking damages.
Wars, pests, famine, disease, and crime – all still persist.
No divine intervention. This Month. Last Month. Last Year.
The Previous Decades. The Previous Centuries.
I have more faith in Leprechauns, used car salesmen, Politicians,
Dick pill pharmacies, Pro-Wrestling Promoters, Flat-Earth podcasters
Than followers of this post.

You know the routine. Amen. And if you are the whale in question,
Post your response in the comments.
